With this item, our web development team will connect YouBar's shipping department with the backend of your own business' website. This allows all the orders you receive from your customers to come straight through to our kitchen, so that we can provide you with full service drop-ship fulfillment.
In order to take advantage of this, your website must be compatible with the software we utilize for this functionality, which is ShipStation. For a list of platforms that can integrate with it please see this list of Compatible Partners. The majority (but not all) of our clients build their websites using Shopify.
Any platforms that are not listed on the above link will either require your web programmer to design a custom integration with our software, which is quite expensive and generally requires upkeep from the programmer, or you will have to manually email us every order in CSV format, which is very time consuming.

IN PURCHASING THIS ITEM, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ, AND AGREE TO, YOUBAR'S DROP SHIP FULFILLMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
If you would like to make any changes at all to your bar packages (including even minor typos) AFTER you have officially signed off on your bar packages then our FDA compliance and graphic design teams charges for the time required to do this.
Often changes are minor and take as little as 20 minutes. The below price is for each 20 minute block:
When designing your packages with us, you have the choice of including any of the below label claims.
If you would like to include any words on your bar packages that are not on the below list, the FDA-compliance of your desired claim will need to reviewed by an outside legal firm.
The firm will provide a legal opinion to YouBar Inc to determine if YouBar Inc can manufacture bars legally with a label bearing the requested claim. The charge for this process (which does NOT guarantee a positive result) is $500 per claim assessed.

- Rich in Protein (possible -- depending on ingredients chosen)
- X Grams of Protein (number is equal to approved recipe)
- Paleo or Paleo-Friendly

However, our in-house design team will have to perform a full compliance check on your packaging in order to ensure that they are fully FDA compliant.
The cost to perform this review is below and it is PER IMAGE. This price includes the initial check and a single round of reviews.
*Please note that this process is vital in order to provide your bars with the full product liability insurance that is a legal requirement for the sales of your bars.
This item is available for YouBar clients who have their own in-house graphic design teams, and need a required FDA compliance review performed by YouBar on the clients' bar wrapper design and POS (point of sale) display box design. It is also an appropriate item for YouBar clients' who would like to have YouBar's expert FDA compliance team review the packaging for other food products they offer that are not produced by YouBar (ie; nutrition shakes).
The below price is per flavor and it includes a full review of the clients' proposed package artwork, and an itemized list of any recommended edits from an FDA compliance standpoint.
Please note that POS boxes for 'Variety' packs require their own complete individual compliance review package (below), even though they do not have their own corresponding wrappers because the review of variety pack POS boxes is more complex than single flavor boxes.
This item is available exclusively for YouBar wholesale clients who require YouBar's Quality Assurance/Compliance team to complete paperwork for a third party vendor, insurance company, retailer, supplier, export venue, etc. This cost covers 1 hour of the YouBar team's work.

This cost covers 1 hour of the YouBar team's work.

This item is exclusively for YouBar Wholesale Clients who wish to order their bar packages from a non-approved 3rd party printer. This cost covers the full package material review by YouBar's QA Team, and the necessary FDA compliance paperwork required in order to introduce this new material into our kitchen. In addition to that, it covers the cost of us running the material through our Flow-Wrapper to ensure that it doesn't jam the machine.
What we require from you to do this:
- 500 feet of sample roll stock to perform the test in order to assess temperature settings, seal strength and run rate.
- Proof that the film your proposed company ships us meets our Film Core limitations - Inside diameter of 3” and a max outside diameter of 13”.
